# Abbes Saidi

**Abbes Saidi** (Arabic: عباس السعايدي; born February 9, 1983) is a [Paralympian](/source/Paralympian) [middle-distance](/source/Middle-distance_running) runner from [Tunisia](/source/Tunisia).[1] He competed at the 2004, 2008 and 2016 Paralympics and won five medals, including a gold in the 4 × 400 m T35–38 relay in 2004 and a gold in the 1500 m T38 event in 2016.[2]
