The '''Advanced Technology Regional Aircraft 90''' ('''ATRA-90''') was a [propfan](/source/propfan)-powered [regional aircraft](/source/regional_aircraft) that was proposed in 1986. Conceived by [Industri Pesawat Terbang Nusantara](/source/Industri_Pesawat_Terbang_Nusantara) (IPTN) of [Indonesia](/source/Indonesia), the multi-national project was also backed by [Boeing](/source/Boeing) of the [United States](/source/United_States), [Fokker](/source/Fokker) of the [Netherlands](/source/Netherlands), and [Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm](/source/Messerschmitt-B%C3%B6lkow-Blohm) (MBB) of [West Germany](/source/West_Germany).<ref name="IHT19860826"/> The ATRA-90 was targeted for introduction between 1992 and 1995,<ref name="AaC19870620"/> but the project was put on hold in 1988.<ref name="FI19880528"/>
