The **2023 [Chengdu Open](/source/Chengdu_Open)** was a men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on outdoor [hard courts](/source/Hard_court). It was the 5th edition of the [Chengdu Open](/source/Chengdu_Open) (the first since 2019 after intervening editions were cancelled due to the [COVID-19 pandemic in mainland China](/source/COVID-19_pandemic_in_mainland_China)) and part of the [ATP Tour 250](/source/ATP_Tour_250) series of the [2023 ATP Tour](/source/2023_ATP_Tour). It took place at the Sichuan International Tennis Center in [Chengdu](/source/Chengdu), China, from 20 to 26 September 2023.[1]
