It took place at the Dusit Thani Hotel in [Pattaya](/source/Pattaya), [Thailand](/source/Thailand) from January 27 through February 2, 2014. Fourth-seeded [Ekaterina Makarova](/source/Ekaterina_Makarova) won the singles title.[1]
