The **2013 Topshelf Open** was a [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on outdoor [grass courts](/source/Grass_court). It was the 24th edition of the [Rosmalen Grass Court Championships](/source/Rosmalen_Grass_Court_Championships), and was part of the [250 Series](/source/ATP_World_Tour_250_series) of the [2013 ATP World Tour](/source/2013_ATP_World_Tour), and of the [WTA International tournaments](/source/WTA_International_tournaments) of the [2013 WTA Tour](/source/2013_WTA_Tour). Both the men's and the women's events took place at the Autotron park in [Rosmalen](/source/Rosmalen), ['s-Hertogenbosch](/source/'s-Hertogenbosch), Netherlands, from 16 June until 22 June 2013.
