The **1996 Copenhagen Open** was a men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on indoor [carpet courts](/source/Carpet_court) at the [K.B. Hallen](/source/K.B._Hallen) in [Copenhagen](/source/Copenhagen), Denmark and was part of the [World Series](/source/ATP_International_Series) of the [1996 ATP Tour](/source/1996_ATP_Tour). It was the eighth edition of the tournament and was held from 11 March until 17 March 1996. Third-seeded [Cédric Pioline](/source/C%C3%A9dric_Pioline) won the singles title.[3]
