It was the 11th edition of the [Lipton Championships](/source/Miami_Masters) and was part of the [Championship Series](/source/ATP_Championship_Series%2C_Single_Week) of the [1995 ATP Tour](/source/1995_ATP_Tour) and of [Tier I](/source/WTA_Tier_I_tournaments) of the [1995 WTA Tour](/source/1995_WTA_Tour). The tournament took place at the [Tennis Center at Crandon Park](/source/Tennis_Center_at_Crandon_Park) in [Key Biscayne, Florida](/source/Key_Biscayne%2C_Florida) in the United States from March 17 through March 26, 1995. [Andre Agassi](/source/Andre_Agassi) and [Steffi Graf](/source/Steffi_Graf) won the singles titles.[1]
