The **1993 Qatar Open**, known as the **Qatar Mobil Open** for sponsorship reasons, was an [ATP Tour](/source/1993_ATP_Tour) men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament held on outdoor hardcourts in [Doha, Qatar](/source/Doha%2C_Qatar) from 4 January until 11 January 1993. It was the inaugural edition of the [tournament](/source/Qatar_ExxonMobil_Open). Third-seeded [Boris Becker](/source/Boris_Becker) won the singles title.[3]
