The **1991 Kremlin Cup** was a men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on indoor [carpet courts](/source/Carpet_court). It was the 2nd edition of the [Kremlin Cup](/source/Kremlin_Cup), and was part of the [World Series](/source/ATP_World_Series) of the [1991 ATP Tour](/source/1991_ATP_Tour). It took place at the [Olympic Stadium](/source/Olympic_Stadium_(Moscow_arena)) in [Moscow](/source/Moscow), Soviet Union, from 4 November through 10 November 1991. Fourth-seeded [Andrei Cherkasov](/source/Andrei_Cherkasov) won the singles title.
