The **1990 Riklis Classic**, also known as the Tel Aviv Open, was a men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on outdoor [hard courts](/source/Hard_court) that was part of the [World Series](/source/ATP_World_Series) of the [1990 ATP Tour](/source/1990_ATP_Tour). It was the 11th edition of the [tournament](/source/Tel_Aviv_Open) and was played at the [Israel Tennis Centers](/source/Israel_Tennis_Centers) in the [Tel Aviv District](/source/Tel_Aviv_District) city of [Ramat HaSharon](/source/Ramat_HaSharon), [Israel](/source/Israel) from October 8 through October 15, 1990. First-seeded [Andrei Chesnokov](/source/Andrei_Chesnokov) won the singles title.[3]
