The **1990 OTB International Open** was a combined men's and women's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on [outdoor hard courts](/source/Hard_court) that was part of the [World Series](/source/ATP_World_Series) of the [1990 ATP Tour](/source/1990_ATP_Tour) and of the [Tier IV](/source/WTA_Tier_IV_tournaments) of the [1990 WTA Tour](/source/1990_WTA_Tour). It was the fourth edition of the [tournament](/source/Schenectady_Open) and was played at [Schenectady, New York](/source/Schenectady%2C_New_York) in the United States from August 20 through August 27, 1990. [Ramesh Krishnan](/source/Ramesh_Krishnan) and [Anke Huber](/source/Anke_Huber) won the singles titles.[2]
