The **1989 Czechoslovak Open**,[3] also known as the **Prague Open** was a men's [tennis](/source/Tennis) tournament played on [outdoor clay courts](/source/Clay_court) at the [I. Czech Lawn Tennis Club](/source/I._Czech_Lawn_Tennis_Club) in [Prague](/source/Prague), Czechoslovakia that was part of the [1989 Grand Prix](/source/1989_Grand_Prix_(tennis)) circuit. It was the third edition of the tournament and was held from 7 August until 13 August 1989. Fourth-seeded [Marcelo Filippini](/source/Marcelo_Filippini) won the singles title.[4]
